Background Consulting Services, Inc. was organized in 2007 to assist school districts, government agencies, health care providers, financial institutions and other employers by working to gather requested information on job applicants.  The information, which is obtained with the full knowledge and consent of the candidate, is turned over to the employer in a written report that can then be used to help find the best candidate.
