Client Orientation

• We will:
• Ask questions to learn what it is the client really wants and needs.
• Offer individually researched pre-employment backgrounds.
• Explain what services are available and how to maximize the use of information gleaned from those services.
• Help employers and others understand the background check process. 
• Gather information with the complete knowledge and consent of the applicant.
• Conduct a final background investigation on a single candidate or help screen multiple candidates
• Provide a final report that documents the process and the information obtained.
